Actor Tsahi Halevi, known for his role in Fauda and other Israeli television series, took part in a Border Police operation as part of the battle against rampant crime in Israel's Arab sector.

In a photo released by Israel Police, 48-year-old Halevi is seen carrying a weapon during a Border Police operation in the central city of Lod, during which forces found and seized illegal firearms and drugs.
According to a police statement, Border Police forces, including conscripted and reservist units, operated overnight to locate and confiscate illegal weapons and military equipment.

As part of the operation, the forces conducted searches in a residential area in Lod, during which they discovered and seized illegal weapons, including an AK-47 rifle and ammunition magazines, bullets, as well as 60 grams of illegal drugs, including cocaine and marijuana.
During the operation, Border Police forces arrested four residents of Lod in their 20s and 30s who were taken in for further questioning.
