Jerusalem Botanical Gardens to host dazzling Winter Dreams II light festival

The European winter experience that swept the world will be presented in Jerusalem from December 14 through the end of January 2026, featuring 28 light displays and 17 giant light sculptures created especially for the festival

Following its success in major European cities like Berlin, Paris, London and Rome, the immersive light experience is making its way to Jerusalem on Hanukkah with the launch of “Winter Dreams II” at the Givat Ram Jerusalem Botanical Gardens.
Starting daily at 5:00 p.m., visitors will embark on a 1.5-kilometer illuminated journey through artistically lit pathways, vibrant vegetation and interactive light-and-sound installations. Produced by DEAG Deutsche Entertainment, Europe’s largest production company, this year’s edition promises a grander, more colorful spectacle than ever before.

The spectacle also features a laser show in the greenhouse, a “Thousand Meters of Light” display, and a magical forest filled with illuminated animal sculptures.

Food lovers will enjoy a winter culinary fair with European-inspired dishes, and a special glowing menu by celebrity chef Moshik Roth, presented in a UV-lit dining area sponsored by MasterCard.
The Winter Dreams II festival is held at the initiative of the Botanical Garden in Givat Ram and with the support of the Jerusalem Municipality and the Jerusalem Foundation. It runs from December 14 through end of January 2026.
