The format consists of the guest eating ten chicken wings, beginning with the mildest sauce, all the way to the one that will make your eyes water, your throat close, your body sweat and your sinuses clear. Here's how Gal did:
Sean Evans, the host, started by asking Gal about how is she normally around spicy food, to which she somewhat awkwardly replied that she likes a bit some spice, but not to the extent of what she was about to face.
Wing #1 - Classic Hot Sauce
With the level of spice still so low, she handled it just fine. Sean asked her to compare the physical nature of the work she's done on "Heart of Stone" in comparison to other action movies she was on. Much like in other interviews, she emphasized her desire to create a movie that "isn't another Wonder Woman", placing more focus on grounded action.
Wing #2 - Pimenterie
With the second containing some curry flavors, the Israeli star notably enjoyed the wing, even performing a small, seated "happy dance", proceeding to ask Sean how this entire concept came about. Evans replied that it was the brain child of his friend Chris, who was present on set, as a way to get more authentic answers from people. Gal praised the concept, telling Sean that her daughter knew about the show before she did.
Wing #3 - Lemon Pepper
Gal handled the wing pretty well, not showing any signs of distress, and shared a tip she got from an Indian friend of hers: To endure the mounting level of spice, make your mouth small while breathing, thus limiting the amount of spice you have to deal with at any given second. Additionally, she spoke about the first scene in the second Wonder Woman film, where a young Diana Prince is training, made her feel emotional about the character.
Wing #4 - Chile Lengua de Flego
Starting to show slight signs of discomfort, Gal noted how this spice delivers the "punch" in waves, coming and going in her palate, but also reassuring Evans "I'm fine". Evans humorously promised her he'll "be there for her all the way", telling her she's doing fine so far. On her end, Gadot said this reminds her of Israeli game shows.
Wing #5 - Los Calientes
This is where things got interesting, as Gal noted the flavor is "smoky", taking advice of her Indian friend to handle the spice. At that point, she finally took her jacket off, revealing a black, sleeveless top. Evans proceeded to ask her impression of all the set pieces she's seen on the "Fast and Furious" she's been on. Gadot mentioned the one on the Canary islands, where a truck and several cars were set a ablaze for the shoot.

Wing #6 - The Spicy Shark
Now the spice is really on, as shortly after taking a bite from the wing, Gal began laughing uncomfortably and wiggling her arms around to cope with the fire burning in her mouth. She even fake-cried and silently uttered "Everywhere!" as she continued taking it all in, noting that even her tongue is sweating. After calming down, she even said "Spicy is the s**t!"
Wing #7 - Jalapeño Chico
Initially, she seemed somewhat unbothered, noting that her tongue is already numb so it doesn't make that much of a difference. Evans noted that sometimes, the "spice shock" is delayed. As a founding member of "Goodles", the Mac and Cheese company, Evans wanted Gal to tell him the secret to a good Mac and Cheese, to which she replied that it has to be creamy and inviting, tantalizing you to the next bite.
Wing #8 - Da Bomb (Beyond Insanity)
Let us set the stage a bit. While most of the sauces are replaced every season, this one never goes anywhere, because Da Bomb's flavor profile in incredibly aggressive, getting people to often begin crying. So how did Gal do?

A second after tasting, her expression changed. She tried saying some words, but no voice came out. After a few seconds, she began laughing and drooling uncontrollably. It was quite hilarious. Her nose turned red and her flailing around became more pronounced. She began coughing, saying this sauce is "sucking the life out of me". She did, however, recommend the Israeli snack "Tortit" to Sean.
Wing #9 - Alchemy Peppers
Sean told Gal this one shouldn't be so bad, as it has a sort of "melony" quality to it, but Gadot nevertheless began this one by drooling a bit more, but then spoke to Sean about participating in "Miss Israel" in 2004, which is unexpectedly won. "I came for fun," she said, revealing the only part of the competition she enjoyed was the dancing sequence.
Wing #10 - Apollo (The Last Dab)
After taking the bite, she began by saying "this is nothing", saying she wouldn't blink. When Sean noticed she did and pointed it out to her, she hilariously responded by saying "F**k!".
Sean then challenged her to try a "tongue twister" exercise while her mouth is on fire, and she decided to suggest a Hebrew one, which is pronounced "Sara Shara Shir Sameach", meaning "Sarah is singing a happy song". The hilarious part was watching Sean trying to pronounce it correctly, which he came close to. A real trooper.
Sean finished things off, as he usually does, by asking his guest to promote whatever project they're up to at that time. Bewildered from the heat, Gal responded by saying "what do you mean?" before finally "getting a grip" and mentioning "Heart of Stone" being released on Netflix.
