A group of Hamas-supporting hackers named "GAZA4EVER" broke into the official website of the Israeli Hapoel Be'er Sheva soccer team. They spread hateful messages revolving around the war such as "Gaza has won, Netanyahu and his generals have been defeated."
Another message posted by the hacker group of supporters on the soccer team's website read: "Gaza won and its heroes achieved the greatest miracles. Netanyahu and his generals were defeated, and all their Arab partners." After a few minutes, the breach was dealt with.
This was not the first time that hackers broke into Israeli sports teams' websites. On November 7, 2023, a month after the terrible massacre, the websites of Maccabi Tel Aviv, Maccabi Be'er Sheva, and Maccabi Netanya basketball teams were hacked. The hacks were quickly dealt with.
