‘Just bored and reading Hebrew’: Britney Spears surprises fans with Book of Psalms post

The pop princess shares a photograph of the Hebrew Book of Psalms, joking about reading right to left and asking for divine help; meanwhile, her ex-husband Kevin Federline is reportedly facing a $117,000 bank debt after her child support payments ended

Britney Spears will forever be our favorite princess of pop, and after her latest Instagram post, we didn't think it was possible, but she's earned a few more brownie points. "Just bored and reading Hebrew!!!" the singer wrote early Sunday morning alongside a photograph of a Hebrew Book of Psalms, adding, "Reading from right to left!!! May God help you, little one."
Of course, anyone who follows Spears closely probably won't be falling off their chair in surprise. In recent years, the pop star's Instagram account has become a collection of unusual and often cryptic posts, ranging from videos of her dancing in barely there outfits to occasional Hebrew words and, now, a Jewish prayer book.

And speaking of Spears, her ex-husband Kevin Federline, the father of her two sons, is reportedly facing mounting debt following the end of her child support payments. According to court documents obtained by People magazine, City National Bank alleges that Federline owes $117,704.77 across a credit card, a personal line of credit and an overdraft account.

According to the report, Federline opened the bank account in November 2024, around the time Spears stopped making child support payments for their younger son, Jayden, after he graduated from high school. The bank is now seeking repayment of the outstanding balance, along with interest.
Well, Britney, it seems God really is on your side. And so are we!
