From Rosh Ha’ayin to Hollywood’s Walk of Fame, Gal Gadot cemented her place in history Tuesday as the first Israeli actress to receive a star on the iconic boulevard.
"This is very surreal for me and I feel like I'm the luckiest woman right now," Gadot said, tearing up as she accepted the honor. “I’m just a girl from a town in Israel, and I could never have imagined such a moment."
Fighting back emotion, Gadot reflected on the significance of the milestone: "To me, it's more than any other award because we can share it with the world. I'm not taking this home, this is for everybody and I'm surrounded by such iconic names."
She added, "The star will remind me that with hard work and passion and some faith, anything is possible. I didn't reach this moment alone, I have so many incredible people to thank, who've lifted me up along the way.

Gadot then turned to Fast & Furious co-star Vin Diesel and thanked him individually. "Vin, you took a chance on a complete unknown and invited me to the Fast & Furious family," she said. "It was my first movie, and your faith in me completely changed my life. Thank you so much for your trust, thank you for showing, thank you for your love—I love you and we're always family."
She also took a moment to thank her fans, her husband Jaron, her family and her daughters—including her eldest, Alma, who celebrated her birthday that day. "I love you all, you are always in my heart," she added in Hebrew.

The ceremony was attended by members of the production team of Gadot's upcoming movie, Snow White, including director Marc Webb, but co-star Rachel Zegler was notably absent. Among the A-list guests were Israeli actress Shira Haas and Wonder Woman director Patty Jenkins, who presented Gadot with the star.
Diesel opened the event, recalling the moment he knew she was perfect for the role of Gisele in the blockbuster franchise. "I looked at Gal and knew—she was the one," Diesel said. "She flew to L.A. immediately, and the rest is history."
As the Hollywood ceremony unfolded, a small pro-Palestinian protest took place nearby, drawing only a handful of demonstrators.
