Princess Kate steals the show at the Royal Ascot horse race

After two years away from the prestigious royal horse race while battling cancer, the Princess of Wales joined her husband and the rest of the royals for the Royal Ascot event, and didn't forget to pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth and Princess Diana

After a two-year absence due to her battle with cancer, the Princess of Wales joined her husband, heir to the throne Prince William, at Royal Ascot — one of Britain’s most prestigious and long-established horse racing events.

The 44-year-old Princess Kate took part in the royal carriage procession, sitting alongside her husband in a carriage following King Charles and Queen Camilla.
The Princess of Wales wore a yellow Roksanda dress valued at £1,095. To complete the look, she wore a wide-brimmed hat by Jane Taylor Millinery. Prince William coordinated with his wife, wearing yellow flowers on his lapel.

Additional details of Middleton’s outfit included an ivory clutch by Anya Hindmarch, valued at £395, and Gianvito Rossi high heels. She also paid tribute to the late Queen Elizabeth, wearing her diamond earrings, and combined them with a pearl bracelet belonging to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.

Also attending Royal Ascot were Prince Edward and Sophie, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, as well as Princess Anne and her children Zara Tindall and the newly married Peter Phillips.
Princess Kate's mother, Carole Middleton, also attended the prestigious horse racing event, along with Lady Gabriella Windsor, daughter of the Duke and Duchess of Kent.
