Isolated thunderstorms are possible through midday, and forecasters warn of localized flooding along the coastal plain and flash floods in the Judean Desert and around the Dead Sea. Temperatures remain below seasonal averages.

In Tel Aviv, strong winds brought down a tree on Rachel Street, damaging a parked vehicle. The incident is one of several reported as the country contends with the unusually intense weather.
Overnight, scattered showers are expected to persist from northern Israel to the northern Negev. On Sunday, light rain is forecast throughout the day, gradually tapering off by afternoon. The unseasonably cool temperatures will continue.
A warming trend is expected Monday, with temperatures returning to seasonal norms. Moderate easterly winds are expected in the morning across the northern highlands.
