Temperatures across Israel will rise in the coming days, increasing heat stress in many parts of the country before conditions ease later in the week.
Monday morning will be partly cloudy before skies clear later in the day. Temperatures will rise slightly, mainly in the mountains and inland areas, and will be higher than normal for the season.

Extreme heat stress is expected in the southern Golan Heights and its slopes, the northern valleys, Lower Galilee, the Sea of Galilee basin, the Dead Sea coast, Jordan Valley and Arava.
Heavy heat stress is forecast in the Western Galilee, Carmel and Menashe Hills, coastal plain, Shfela lowlands, central mountains, Negev and Judean Desert.
Monday night will be partly cloudy to clear.
Temperatures will rise further Tuesday, particularly in the mountains and inland areas, remaining above seasonal averages as heat stress intensifies.
A slight drop in temperatures is expected Wednesday.
Thursday morning will again be partly cloudy before turning mostly clear. Temperatures will continue to fall, mainly in the mountains and inland areas, returning to seasonal norms across most of the country and bringing relief from the heat.
