Weather forecast: temperatures rise before rain expected later this week

The warming trend will continue today (Tuesday), with temperatures rising to above seasonal averages. Skies will be clear to partly cloudy, with brisk easterly winds in the northern mountains during the morning. In the afternoon, strong northerly winds will develop along the coastal plain. Tonight will be clear to partly cloudy with continued strong easterly winds.
Tomorrow morning, strong easterly winds will blow across northern Israel and the central highlands under partly cloudy skies with high-level clouds. Temperatures will rise slightly again, and dusty conditions will develop during the day, mainly in the north and east. By afternoon, strong northerly winds will blow along the coast.

Thursday will be partly cloudy. Strong easterly winds are expected in northern Israel during the morning, and hazy conditions may persist. From midday, local rain is possible in northern and central Israel, with temperatures dropping mainly along the coast.
Friday will be partly to mostly cloudy, with a slight drop in temperatures, particularly in the mountains and inland areas. Haze may develop from the afternoon, and local rain will begin overnight.
