Nature's spectacle: captivating photos of northern Israel's pristine waterfalls

Photographer Meir Zalaznik ventured out into nature and returned with breathtaking photos, tinged with longing for quieter days

While the war in Israel persists, nature continues its course. Last week, 25-year-old photographer Meir Zalaznik from Bnei Brak ventured into northern Israel and returned with stunning photographs of flowing streams, overflowing waterfalls and lush green fields.

"Last week, after the rains, I went out to capture the strong currents," Zalaznik recounted. "The rains were strong and the streams were flowing. We encountered a few other hikers, but not many."

It's important to note that the Sa'ar Waterfall, the Fara Waterfall, and the Kadesh Stream are all located in closed military areas, and hiking in them these days is prohibited.
