The weather today will be partly cloudy, becoming clear later in the day. Temperatures will be mostly seasonal in most parts of the country. Tonight will be partly cloudy to cloudy.
Extreme heat stress is expected along the Dead Sea coast, in the Jordan Valley and in the Arava. Heavy heat stress is expected in the southern Golan Heights and its slopes, the northern valleys, the Lower Galilee, the Judean Desert and the eastern Negev. The forecast UV index for today is very high to extreme.

Tomorrow, after morning clouds disperse, the weather will become clear to partly cloudy. Temperatures will remain largely unchanged.
On Tuesday morning, light drizzle may fall, mainly along the coastal plain, and a slight drop in temperatures will be felt.
On Wednesday, temperatures will continue to drop, mainly in the mountains and inland areas, where they will be lower than usual for the season.
