On Tuesday, temperatures will rise slightly, mainly in the mountains and inland areas, but will remain below average. A further slight increase is expected Wednesday, with partly cloudy to clear skies. On Thursday, temperatures will rise again, mainly in the mountains and inland areas, returning to seasonal norms, with mostly clear conditions.
