Temperatures will rise slightly, especially in the mountains and inland, and will stay higher than usual for this time of year. Little change is expected Saturday.
A cooling trend will begin Sunday, bringing temperatures back to seasonal averages. Local showers are expected mainly in northern Israel, with a chance of rain in the center. Gusty winds are forecast along the coastal plain.
