Rain will persist across Israel. On Monday, temperatures will rise slightly but remain below seasonal averages. Skies will be partly to mostly cloudy, with local showers in the morning, mainly along the northern coast, and isolated thunderstorms possible. By afternoon, rain is expected in the north and in the hills. The night will be partly cloudy.
On Tuesday morning, local showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected, mostly along the coast, spreading inland to the north and center by midday. There is a slight risk of flash floods in the Judean Desert and Dead Sea area. Temperatures will drop slightly.

Flooding is expected in the Negev, Arava, Judean Desert and Dead Sea area, along with local flooding in the central and southern coastal plain and in the central highlands. Temperatures will remain below average, with snow expected on Mount Hermon despite the late March timing. Rain and winds will begin to weaken in the afternoon.
