Warmer days ahead before midweek showers return

Clear to partly cloudy skies Monday with rising temperatures; showers expected Wednesday in north and center before warmer, drier conditions return Thursday

Monday is expected to be clear to partly cloudy, with a slight rise in temperatures. Light drizzle to isolated showers are possible in the morning, mainly along the southern coastal plain. Brisk northerly winds are forecast to develop along the coast in the afternoon.
Temperatures will rise slightly again Tuesday and are expected to be typical for the season. On Wednesday, skies will be partly to mostly cloudy, with a slight drop in temperatures. Localized rain is expected to begin around midday in northern Israel and gradually spread to central areas.
