Thursday will be mostly clear to partly cloudy, with a slight rise in temperatures that will remain above seasonal norms. Strong easterly winds will blow in the morning across the north and central highlands, with possible haze in those areas. Moderate to strong easterlies will continue through the day, and overnight brisk easterly winds will persist in the northern mountains.
On Friday, temperatures will rise again, turning hotter than usual and approaching heatwave conditions. Strong easterly winds are expected, especially in the mountains and the north. From the afternoon, light local rain is possible, along with haze.
