Wednesday’s weather will be seasonal, with temperatures dropping significantly and heat stress easing.
Skies will be partly cloudy to clear during the day, turning partly cloudy overnight with high-altitude clouds. The Mediterranean Sea will be calm to wavy, with waves between 40 and 120 centimeters, or 1.3 to 3.9 feet.
Thursday will bring a sharp warmup and heavier heat stress. Sharav conditions — hot, dry desert weather — are expected in most areas, with partly cloudy skies and high-altitude clouds. Cooler, more humid air is expected to enter Israel in the evening.
On Friday, heat stress will ease again. Temperatures will fall significantly and be slightly below average for the season. Skies will be partly cloudy, with brisk westerly winds.
On Saturday, temperatures will remain slightly below average, especially in northern Israel and along the coastal plain, where drizzle or light local rain is possible.
