Weather forecast: Cooler than usual, light rain expected in the north

Temperatures will remain below average today with light, local rain in the north, before rising in the coming days to hotter-than-usual, dry conditions across much of Israel by Wednesday, with possible haze

The weather Sunday will be partly cloudy. Local rain, mostly light, is expected in northern Israel, and temperatures will remain slightly below the seasonal average.
On Monday, temperatures will rise slightly. By Tuesday morning, brisk easterly winds will develop in the northern mountains, with a further increase in temperatures to seasonal norms. From the afternoon, strong northerly winds will begin blowing along the coastal plain.

On Wednesday morning, strong easterly winds will affect northern Israel and the central highlands. Temperatures will rise significantly and humidity will drop, making it hotter than usual to hot and dry across most of the country, with possible haze.
