Israel sees mild temperatures, gusty winds ahead of midweek rain

Partly cloudy skies and above-average temperatures continue through Monday, with cooler weather and scattered showers expected by Wednesday, along with strong winds and isolated thunderstorms in parts of the country

Sunday is expected to be partly cloudy to mostly clear, with a slight rise in temperatures. Overnight, skies will remain partly cloudy with high-altitude cloud cover. Strong easterly winds are forecast, particularly over the northern mountain regions.
Looking ahead to Monday, conditions will range from partly cloudy to overcast, with another rise in temperatures. Highs are expected to be above seasonal averages, and gusty easterly winds will continue, especially in the north.

Tuesday will bring a shift, with cooler temperatures and increased cloud cover. On Wednesday, intermittent rain is expected in northern and central Israel, possibly accompanied by isolated thunderstorms. In the south, haze is possible, and there is a chance of light rain in the northern Negev. Strong winds are expected across the country.
