Temperatures to dip Wednesday before weekend heatwave returns

Israel will see slightly cooler weather Wednesday with partly cloudy skies, but the heat will return by Thursday and peak Friday with above-average temperatures and dry, hot conditions across much of the country

Wednesday will be partly cloudy to mostly clear with a slight drop in temperatures, mainly in the mountains and inland areas, though they will remain a bit higher than average for the season.
On Thursday, temperatures will rise again and become above seasonal averages. In the afternoon, strong northerly winds are expected along the coast.
