Temperatures across Israel will be slightly below the seasonal average Tuesday, with partly cloudy skies expected during the morning and a modest drop in temperatures in the mountains and inland areas compared with Monday.
The cooler conditions will be short-lived.
Temperatures are forecast to rise Wednesday, accompanied by heavier heat loads, particularly in the mountains and inland areas. The warming trend is expected to continue Thursday and again Friday, when heavy to extreme heat loads are forecast across most parts of the country.
