Despite the cooling, temperatures will be higher than usual and there may also be a light drizzle, but the poor air quality is expected to continue on Wednesday when it will be cold in most parts of the country; On Thursday, temperatures will continue to drop

Air pollution that has been high in recent days will persist Tuesday. At the same time, a significant drop in temperatures is expected, though they will still remain slightly above the seasonal average, especially in the mountains and inland areas. Skies will be cloudy to partly cloudy, with a chance of drizzle or light local rain. Haze is also possible. Tuesday night will be clear to partly cloudy, and toward morning winds will strengthen along the coastal plain.
The Environmental Protection Ministry said Monday that air pollution levels remain high to very high across the country due to respirable particles originating from dust transport. Poor air quality is expected to continue Tuesday and Wednesday. The elevated pollution is linked to southeasterly winds carrying dust from Jordan into the region.

Wednesday morning, winds will intensify and conditions will gradually become hazy in most parts of the country. From the afternoon, local rain is expected in the north. Temperatures will show little change and remain slightly above average for the season, particularly in the mountains and inland areas.
On Thursday, skies will be partly to mostly cloudy. Light drizzle or local rain may still occur in northern and central areas during the morning. A slight drop in temperatures is expected. On Friday, it will be clear, with a noticeable rise in temperatures that will again be above the seasonal average. Strong easterly winds are expected in the northern and central mountains during the morning hours, and haze may develop in eastern regions.
