Cloudy skies and local rain are expected across northern and central Israel on Friday, with a risk of flash floods in parts of the Judean Desert and near the Dead Sea during the morning hours.
Rainfall is expected to gradually taper off by the afternoon. Temperatures will rise slightly but remain below the seasonal average.
On Saturday, temperatures are forecast to climb further, with conditions ranging from clear to partly cloudy with high-altitude cloud cover.
Light local showers are expected across much of Israel on Sunday. Winds are forecast to strengthen during the day, with possible haze, mainly in the south.
On Monday, light local rain may fall in northern and central Israel, accompanied by a drop in temperatures.
Daylight saving time took effect at 2 a.m. Friday, with clocks moving forward one hour. Summer time will continue until Oct. 25, 2026, when Israel returns to standard time.
