Wednesday, Israel’s 78th Independence Day, is expected to be partly cloudy to clear, with a slight rise in temperatures, mainly in the hills and inland areas, though conditions will remain a little cooler than is typical for the season.
Overnight, visibility may be reduced along the central and southern coastal plain and in the northwestern Negev because of heavy fog.
Thursday is expected to be mostly clear, with another slight increase in temperatures in the hills and inland areas, where readings will mostly return to seasonal norms. Temperatures are forecast to edge up again Friday, while northerly winds will strengthen along the coast in the afternoon.
