Two Haredi men stabbed outside London synagogue; suspect arrested

According to Shomrim, a Jewish neighborhood patrol group, a man was seen running along Golders Green Road armed with a knife and attempting to stab Jewish passersby

Two people were stabbed in London’s Golders Green neighborhood Wednesday morning after a man was reportedly seen running along Golders Green Road armed with a knife and attempting to stab Jewish members of the public.
Shomrim, the Jewish volunteer neighborhood patrol, said its members responded immediately and detained the suspect until police arrived.
Police rushed to the scene, deployed a taser and arrested the suspect, who remains in custody.
The two victims were treated by Hatzola, the Jewish emergency medical service. Their condition was not immediately clear.
The Community Security Trust, the UK’s leading Jewish security organization, thanked Shomrim, Hatzola and police for their swift response and said it was working closely with authorities. CST urged anyone with information to contact police or the organization.
