Kobi, an alumna of Momentum and a mother of four, has built a large digital following by sharing content centered on Jewish life, food and tradition. The Israeli-born baker and chef reaches about 1.4 million followers on Instagram through her account, @sivanskitchen, where she combines recipes with storytelling aimed at making Jewish culture more accessible.
Raised in her family’s bakery, Kobi developed an early connection to Jewish culinary traditions. Her work today focuses on bringing those traditions into modern homes, encouraging audiences to engage with Jewish identity in everyday settings.
“Sivan represents what happens when Jewish identity moves from something personal to something shared,” said Momentum CEO Tara Brown. “She brings warmth, tradition and meaning into people’s lives in a way that feels both authentic and attainable.”
The Leadership Summit is expected to bring together women from across the United States for a multi-day program focused on networking, education and community-building. Organizers say participants are given tools and resources to promote Jewish life and leadership within their families and communities.
Momentum, founded in 2008, runs programs including trips to Israel, leadership summits and educational initiatives. The organization says more than 24,000 participants from over 450 partner organizations in 38 countries have taken part in its flagship program. In 2023, it received the Jerusalem Unity Prize for its work promoting unity across the Jewish world.
