Israel’s most recent home price index, published by the Central Bureau of Statistics, continues to decline.
Prices for new and secondhand apartments fell by 0.3% in August–September 2025 compared to the July–August period.

Comparing August–September 2025 with the same period last year shows that the annual rise in home prices has slowed significantly to 0.5%.
With the help of RE/MAX and Anglo-Saxon real estate chains, we examined which second-hand transactions were made in the last week and at what prices.

Be'er Sheva

A three-room apartment on Avraham Avinu Street in Neighborhood D, 77 sq.mt. (829 sq.ft.) on the third and top floor, sold for 707,000 shekels ($218,500).

A four-room apartment on Dafna Street in the Sigaliyot neighborhood, 116 sq.mt. (1,248 sq.ft.) on the seventh floor of nine, with a 14-square-meter balcony, elevator, parking and a reinforced security room, sold for 1.5 million shekels ($461,000).

Kiryat Gat

A four-room apartment on HaShoftim Street, 89 sq. mt. (958 sq.ft.) on the second floor of four, sold for 1.31 million shekels ($402,000).

A two-room apartment on Meir Avner Street in Kiryat Yovel neighborhood, 40 sq. mt. (431 sq.ft.) on the first floor of four, sold for 1.9 million shekels ($583,000).

A three-room apartment on Ben Yefuneh Street in Baka neighborhood, 62 sq. mt. (667 sq.ft.) on the second floor of three, sold for 2.95 million shekels ($905,000).

Tzur Hadassah

A two-family house on Dolev Street with six rooms, 152 sq. mt. (1,636 sq.ft.) plus a 150-sq.mt. yard and two parking spaces, sold for 3.75 million shekels ($1,150,000).

A three-room apartment on HaShaked Street, 85 sq. mt. (915 sq.ft.) on the fifth floor of seven, with an 8-sq.mt. balcony, a 13-sq.mt. storage room, elevator and parking, sold for 2.33 million shekels ($715,000).

A five-room penthouse on Struma Street in the Shprintzak neighborhood, 155 sq.mt. (1,668 sq.ft.) on the fifth and top floor with a 50-sq.mt. roof balcony, elevator and parking, sold for 2.025 million shekels ($622,000).

Tel Aviv

A four-room apartment on Uri Zvi Greenberg Street in Azorei Hen neighborhood, 120 sq. mt. (1,291 sq.ft.) on the ninth floor of 11, with a 12-sq.mt. balcony, elevator, parking and a reinforced safety room, sold for 4.55 million shekels ($1,397,000).

Korazim

A detached five-room house on Hagalil Street in the village of Korazim, part of the Mevo’ot HaHermon Regional Council in the north, 175 sq. mt. (1,884 sq.ft.) on a 600-sq.mt lot (6,458 sq.ft.) with parking and a reinforced safety room, sold for 2.85 million shekels ($875,000).
