Flexible workspace provider Mindspace announced on Wednesday plans to invest tens of millions of shekels in a large-scale office and conference complex in central Israel, expanding its footprint as demand grows for hybrid workspaces and integrated business services.
The project will be located in the Beyond office tower, a mixed-use development owned by Tidhar and Union groups, on the border between Tel Aviv and Givatayim. The complex, expected to open in early 2027, will cover about 10,000 square meters (nearly 108,000 square feet) and combine office space, a major business conference center and a shared business lounge for tenants of the tower.
Mindspace said the project will be the first of its kind in Israel to integrate flexible offices with a large corporate events venue within a single commercial complex.
“This move continues the company’s growth momentum in Israel and around the world, with a strong emphasis on innovation in workspace solutions that align with the new world of work,” said Mindspace CEO and co-founder Dan Zakai.
Roughly half of the space — about 5,000 square meters — will be dedicated to Mindspace offices, offering around 700 workstations. The facilities will include private office suites for companies seeking flexible, premium space, along with small and mid-sized offices, shared desks and meeting rooms.
The remaining 5,000 square meters will house one of Israel’s largest corporate conference centers, designed to host events ranging from small gatherings to conferences of up to 1,000 participants. Mindspace said the venue will accommodate product launches, workshops, company retreats and other business events, and will include business lounges, podcast and broadcast studios, and modular event spaces.
The Beyond complex spans about 300,000 square meters and includes two towers: an 80-story office tower planned to be among the tallest in Israel, and a 60-story residential tower with about 500 apartments. The project also includes retail areas, restaurants, leisure spaces, a rooftop level with food kiosks, a fitness club with a swimming pool and electric vehicle charging stations.
Mindspace said the site’s location — less than 250 meters from Tel Aviv’s Savidor Central railway station and close to light rail lines, major highways and bus terminals — was a key factor in the investment.
“The workplace of the coming years will be built on a smart combination of high-quality offices, an active community, meaningful content and the overall experience of the space,” Zakai said, adding that the project reflects growing demand for accessible, technology-driven work environments.
Tomer Alfasi, CEO of Tidhar Development, said the Beyond project is designed to redefine how people work and spend leisure time, integrating offices, retail and services in a single urban complex.
Founded in Israel, Mindspace operates about 45,000 square meters of workspace nationwide and has expanded in recent years to cities including Kiryat Ono, Haifa, Ra’anana and Petah Tikva. The company also operates dozens of locations across the United States and Europe, including in London, Berlin and New York.
Mindspace partners with property owners to develop flexible workspaces, focusing on design, technology and community-driven office models, as companies increasingly adopt hybrid work arrangements.
