Israel’s official home price index continued to edge downward, according to new data released by the Central Bureau of Statistics. A comparison of transactions for new and secondhand apartments completed in August and September 2025 with those from July and August 2025 showed a 0.3 percent decline.
When comparing deals from the current period with the same months last year, the annual rise in home prices has slowed sharply and now stands at 0.5 percent. Using information provided by national real estate brokerage networks, here is a snapshot of notable secondhand transactions completed over the past week.
Be'er Sheva
A three-room apartment on Gamal Street in Neighborhood 5, 65 square meters on the third floor of three, sold for 630,000 shekels [about $195,300].
A four-room apartment on Moshe Sharett Street in Neighborhood 11, 80 square meters on the eighth and top floor with an elevator, sold for 860,000 shekels [about $266,600].
A four-room apartment on Twin Cities Street in the Ramot neighborhood, 115 square meters on the second floor of six with an 8-square-meter balcony, elevator, parking and a safe room, sold for 1.28 million shekels [about $396,800].

A five-room villa on Rakafet Street, 150 square meters on a 550-square-meter lot with a 350-square-meter garden, parking and a safe room, sold for 2.7 million shekels [about $837,000].
A five-room villa on Kora Street, 280 square meters on a 540-square-meter lot with a 330-square-meter garden, parking and a safe room, sold for 2.915 million shekels [about $903,650].
