Longevity comes to senior living: new Modi’in complex offers personalized plans for body, mind and community

Ad 120’s new Modi’in complex brings the longevity trend into senior living, with personalized programs for movement, cognition, nutrition, wellness and community life

Ad 120 has launched a new senior living complex in Modi’in, built around the concept of longevity, in a project valued at about 600 million shekels. The model focuses not only on extending life expectancy, but on improving health span: the years in which residents remain active, independent and engaged.
At the center of the concept is a personalized plan for each resident, built around six areas: movement and physical strength, cognitive training, tailored nutrition, meaning and content, wellness and emotional balance, and social connection. Rather than relying on the traditional sheltered-housing model, the complex seeks to combine housing with prevention, fitness, nutrition, therapy and community life.

The new site includes what the company describes as Israel’s first longevity center for older adults. It offers a cognitive training studio, personalized nutrition programs, an AI-based gym, a heated indoor semi-Olympic pool, a jacuzzi, Pilates equipment studio, yoga, Feldenkrais, music, movement and dance studios, and water activities.
