What buyers paid for secondhand homes across Israel this week?

As housing prices keep dropping, secondhand apartment deals offer a snapshot of current demand — from a Be’er Sheva garden apartment that sold for 1.4 million shekels to a Haifa penthouse bought for 2.1 million shekels

The latest housing price index published by the Central Bureau of Statistics showed that apartment prices in Israel continued to decline. According to the data, prices fell 0.1% in January-February 2026 compared with December 2025-January 2026.
A comparison of transactions during the current period with the same period last year, January-February 2026 compared with January-February 2025, found that apartment prices fell 1.7%.

To shed light on the current state of the housing market, we checked with national real estate brokerage networks to see which secondhand transactions were completed over the past week and at what prices.
