Modern security teams are overwhelmed with findings from dozens of security products, yet many of those issues remain unresolved for weeks or months.
Rather than becoming another detection engine, Remedio focuses on what happens after a problem is identified. The platform automatically remediates configuration drift, compliance violations, AI governance issues, application control policies and vulnerabilities, allowing organizations to move from endless alerts to measurable action.
"Today there are so many solutions that tell you what's wrong," Kollender said. "We decided not to stop at detection. We make sure we can actually fix it."
Safe remediation at scale
Automation is only valuable if it can be trusted. That's why Remedio emphasizes safe remediation, giving organizations the ability not only to automate fixes, but also to reverse them instantly if needed.
"At any given moment we can fix an issue, but we can also revert it and bring everything back to its original state," Kollender explained. This rollback capability allows security teams to automate remediation without introducing unnecessary operational risk, a critical concern for large enterprises.
As artificial intelligence becomes embedded across enterprise environments, organizations are discovering an entirely new layer of unmanaged configurations and governance issues.
Kollender says Remedio’s customers often uncover problems they didn't even know existed. "We have more than 300 customers, and every one of them has AI tooling and configuration drift they weren't even aware of," he said. "Once they see it, they're overwhelmed and then they start remediating everything with the click of a button."
The rise of AI has dramatically expanded the attack surface, making continuous remediation increasingly essential rather than optional.
A first-mover opportunity
Remedio believes cybersecurity is entering a new era where speed of remediation, not speed of detection, will define market leaders. The company aims to establish itself as the category leader in automated remediation, with ambitions that extend well beyond its current customer base.
"We want to be the leader in the remediation platform market," Kollender said. "We want to go public, and we believe being first to market gives us the opportunity to win." For Kollender, the industry's priorities have fundamentally shifted. "Today it's not about who detects the most or who detects the fastest," he said. "It's about who remediates the most and who remediates the fastest."
