A video from the Israel Airports Authority shows the new view from the sky in the madly busy Ben Gurion Airport's new control tower.

The new control tower at Ben Gurion Airport is 110 meters high and contains 18 floors. The advanced tower was built so that its windows are entirely free of pillars to obstruct the view of the air traffic controllers.

Underneath the control tower are five floors of instruments. The tower is equipped with two elevators and two staircases for emergencies.

"There's not a plane that moves without our seeing it from the new tower; there's not an apron that we can't see from above," said one of the tower's employees to Ynet.
