Guests booking GALA accommodations will receive access to a range of additional services, including a dedicated check-in area with escorted arrival, complimentary admission to the hotel's Cactus Deck VIP pool area, access to the business lounge and the recently opened wellness complex, a stocked complimentary minibar upon arrival and a complimentary cocktail for two in the hotel lobby.
The upgraded rooms also feature coffee machines, expanded bathroom amenities, a pillow menu and welcome gifts.
The launch is part of a broader investment in new facilities at the hotel.
Earlier this year, the property opened a new 700-square-meter (7,500-square-foot) wellness complex spanning two floors. The facility includes the JAH Spa, with seven treatment rooms including a couples' suite with a jacuzzi, as well as a Turkish hammam, sauna, cold room, fitness center and beauty area.
The hotel has also opened the Cactus Deck & Cabanas, a VIP poolside area featuring private air-conditioned cabanas with waiter service. Guests have access to refreshments including fruit, soft drinks, beer and wine, as well as ice cream for children.
Other recent additions include a renovated fitness center equipped for strength, cardio and functional training.
For families, the hotel has introduced two children's entertainment areas. The LEGO Playroom, created in partnership with the LEGO Store in Eilat, includes building tables, thousands of LEGO bricks and interactive construction activities. A new gaming room, called GAMEDOM, features PlayStation, Nintendo and Xbox consoles, gaming chairs and interactive games, including a dedicated Nintendo area with titles from the Mario and Pokémon franchises.
