Foreign airlines extend Israel flight cancellations as Aegean suspends routes until June 26

United, Delta, Air Canada and Lufthansa among carriers halting service for months amid ongoing war; low-cost and regional airlines also delay returns, leaving limited international connectivity to Tel Aviv

A growing number of foreign airlines have extended cancellations and suspensions of flights to and from Israel as security tensions continue amid the ongoing war.
Aegean Airlines, Greece’s national carrier, announced it is suspending flights to and from Tel Aviv until June 26.

Air India has canceled its flights to Israel through May 31.
United Airlines has suspended flights from the United States to Tel Aviv until September 7, while Air Canada has also extended its cancellations until that date.
Delta Air Lines said it is extending the suspension of its Tel Aviv flights through September 5. The launch of a planned route from Boston has been postponed indefinitely.
The Lufthansa Group said its airlines — Lufthansa, SWISS, Austrian Airlines and Brussels Airlines — are extending their suspension of flights to and from Tel Aviv through May 31. Eurowings and Lufthansa Cargo will suspend flights until April 30.
Low-cost carrier Wizz Air said it is suspending flights to Israel through April 20.
British Airways has canceled its Tel Aviv flights until May 31.
Flydubai has extended cancellations through the end of April, meaning travelers in Asia who planned to connect via Dubai will be unable to do so for the time being.

ITA Airways said it is suspending flights to Tel Aviv until April 10.
Iberia Express canceled all flights to Tel Aviv through March 28.
LOT Polish Airlines said all flights to Tel Aviv are canceled until May 31.
Air Baltic has canceled flights through May 31, while Air Europa has suspended flights until May 3.
Sky Express canceled flights through March 31.
Air France has suspended flights until April 19.
KLM said it is canceling flights through March 28.
Animawings canceled flights through March 31.
Ethiopian Airlines has suspended flights until April 16.
Etihad Airways has suspended flights until April 16.
Air Seychelles canceled flights until April 30.
TAP Air Portugal has suspended flights until May 1.
Norwegian Air has postponed resuming flights to Israel until June 15.
EasyJet said it will not operate flights to Tel Aviv during the upcoming summer season.
The wave of cancellations, which began with the escalation of fighting, continues to disrupt international air travel to Israel, with no clear timeline for a full return to normal operations.
