Trump: I won't run for third term, unsure if Constitution should be followed

U.S. President Donald Trump ruled out running for a third term. In an interview with 'Meet the Press,' set to air tonight on NBC, the president stated he will be 'president for eight years' only, acknowledging the constitutional limitation preventing him from running again. 'As far as I know, you're not allowed to do that,' he said. When asked whether he should follow the Constitution, the president responded: 'I don't know.' During the interview, Trump also mentioned Secretary of State Marco Rubio as one of his potential successors, alongside his vice president JD Vance.
