Tesla stock dropped more than 8% amid escalating tensions between company owner Elon Musk and U.S. President Donald Trump. Earlier, the president said he was "disappointed" in the billionaire for not supporting his budget bill - "the big and beautiful law" - while serving as head of the efficiency department in his administration. Musk fired back, claiming Trump wouldn't have won the election without him. For Tesla, this marks the worst trading day since April, when the stock lost more than 10%.
