While Israel awaits U.S. President Donald Trump's decision regarding his country's participation in a strike on Iran, Trump announced on his social media platform Truth Social that he has decided to place flagpoles on both sides of the White House. "It gives me great pleasure to announce that I will be installing two beautiful flagpoles on the North and South Lawns," the president wrote. "This is a gift from me, something that has always been missing from this magnificent place. These are the most magnificent poles ever made — tall, pointed, rust-resistant, with rope inside the pole and of the highest quality. I hope they will stand proudly on both sides of the White House for many years to come."
