Israel has approved the new aid mechanism for Gaza Strip, managed by a private American organization called Gaza Humanitarian Foundation, to gradually begin operations in the coming days, according to the fund's CEO Jake Wood.
In a CNN interview, Wood stated that Israel agreed to allow some humanitarian aid even before the full mechanism becomes operational at the end of the month. Wood emphasized that he has no intention of participating in 'forced displacement of the Palestinian population' and called on the UN and major aid organizations to join the initiative despite their opposition. According to him, these organizations are relying on 'misleading information,' and he claimed that contrary to reports, the IDF will not secure aid distribution and biometric data will not be used.
