U.S. State Department spokesperson Tammy Bruce addressed reports of an Israeli Air Force strike near a medical center in Gaza earlier today that killed six people.
"We condemn the deaths of innocent civilians. We support Israel and know that when necessary, they investigate," she said.
Bruce also addressed settler violence in the West Bank, particularly against Christian Palestinians, saying: "President Trump has long made it clear that protecting Christians is a top priority for him. We condemn all criminal violence by any party in the West Bank."
