Floyd Mayweather sues former manager Jona Rechnitz for $175 million fraud

Boxer Floyd Mayweather filed a lawsuit in Manhattan court alleging fraud totaling $175 million against his former business manager, Jona Rechnitz, an ultra-Orthodox businessman previously convicted in a New York bribery scandal.
Rechnitz managed the boxer's assets and was the central figure who connected him to Israeli and Jewish charitable organizations. Among other things, Rechnitz was a partner in organizing the aid operation in which Mayweather's private jet was sent to Israel, and now the lawsuit alleges that the same jet was fraudulently sold by Rechnitz without the proceeds being transferred to the boxer.
