65 Columbia University students suspended after taking over library with Palestinian flags

65 students were temporarily suspended from Columbia University in New York following their participation in the takeover of the university's main library building, bypassing campus security, placing signs, hanging Palestinian flags, beating drums and chanting 'Free Palestine.' Among those detained was Ramona Sarsgaard, daughter of actors Maggie Gyllenhaal and Peter Sarsgaard, who received a court summons for trespassing. Additionally, 33 more people were banned from entering the campus.
