Blackstone Investment firm president Jonathan Gray and his wife Mindy will donate $125 million (approximately 450 million shekels) to Tel Aviv University's Faculty of Medicine – the largest donation in the university's history. The faculty will now bear the couple's name, replacing the Sackler family name, which was removed about two years ago following a dispute and public criticism over their role in the U.S. opioid epidemic.
