"Through great strength, uncompromising determination and prayer, I am committed to bringing peace to the world – not just in the Middle East – and to eradicating antisemitic hatred wherever it raises its head. This, I believe, is the Rebbe's legacy," he stated in the letter distributed to Chabad emissaries worldwide.
