Israeli consul in U.S. Southwest meets Colorado attack victims: 'Still in shock'

Israel Bachar, Consul General of Israel in the U.S. Southwest, visited the site of the attack in Boulder, Colorado, and met with one of the injured victims in the hospital as well as another injured couple at their home. The woman, a Jewish resident who has lived in Colorado for three decades, suffered second-degree burns to her legs. She said she only recently joined the protests for the hostages: "I had a gut feeling for a long time that I needed to do something. Two weeks ago, I learned about the group that marches every Sunday and joined them. I never imagined something like this could happen. I'm still a bit in shock."
