IDF intensifies strikes on Gaza ahead of cease-fire

Loud explosions are expected overnight in areas near Gaza as the IDF conducts intensified strikes in the Palestinian enclave, the military said Saturday night.
The IDF said the operations are aimed at maximizing combat efforts before the cease-fire takes effect at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday.
Meanwhile, Palestinian sources reported airstrikes in northwest Gaza City and artillery fire across northern Gaza.
