The prosecutor's office in New York filed an indictment against Georgian national Michail Chkhikvishvili, 21, known as "The Butcher", for soliciting hate crimes and planning mass casualty attacks against Jews. According to the indictment, Chkhikvishvili heads a neo-Nazi "maniac murder cult" that advocates white supremacy and recruited people to commit arson and bombing attacks against the Jewish community and other minorities. He planned to distribute poisoned sweets to Jewish children in schools in Brooklyn. Chkhikvishvili was caught after inciting an undercover FBI agent to carry out a mass poisoning and sharing incendiary materials of ISIS and radical Islamic Jihad groups.
