Michael Moshe Mizrahi is the citizen who was killed in the shooting incident in the Côte-des-Neiges neighborhood of Montreal. This was confirmed by ZAKA. A police officer was also killed in the incident, and one of the suspects in the shooting was eliminated. Moishy Blech, a Montreal resident and ZAKA volunteer, said: "The shock in the community is very great. Michael was well-known and beloved, a man who prayed with us at the synagogue. We all share in the family's grief."
