Trump: 'We're trying to make progress with Iran, but they're tough'

U.S. President Donald Trump spoke at a roundtable forum with senior economic officials, addressed his conversation with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and said: "We discussed many topics, and the conversation was excellent, it flowed well. We'll see what happens." Trump added: "We're trying to make progress with Iran. They know how to negotiate, but they're tough. Sometimes too tough, and that's the problem." According to him, "We're trying to reach an agreement that will prevent destruction and death. I told them this personally and I hope that's how it ends." Trump also noted that a meeting with Iran has been scheduled for Thursday.
